Victorian Bulldogge “Pet Only” Purchase Agreement
Print the Purchase agreement and return it completed to Timber Creek Bulldogges at the above address, along with a letter from your veterinarian, and your deposit (cashiers checks only). All prices are quoted in US Dollars.
A $500.00 Cashiers Check is required to hold a puppy/dog and begin the purchase process
Deposit’s are Non Refundable. Should you decide not to purchase a dog/puppy after placing a deposit, you forfeit your deposit. If something happens to the Dam (mother dog) such as death or false pregnancy, the buyer may select from the next available litter.
Buyer’s choice of puppy is determined in order of purchase agreement, veterinarian’s letter and deposit received. First requirements fulfilled, receives first choice, and so on. Buyer will receive photos of available puppies within 2 weeks of the birth. Buyer will be asked to make a selection within 48 hours. Final payment for the puppy is due before delivery of the puppy/dog will be made.
We guarantee the puppy/dog is healthy upon pick-up. We do not guarantee any dog not delivered in person, or picked up by the buyer. The buyer agrees to visit their veterinarian within 48 hours of taking possession of the puppy/dog to undergo a health examination. A written notice from the veterinary examination will be provided to the seller within 7 days from taking possession of the dog.
The breeder does not offer this dog as a breeding/show animal. Breeder and buyer agree this puppy/dog is being purchased as a family pet only and is being sold with a “limited registration” which means this puppy/dog is NOT ELIGIBLE to produce offspring and must be spayed/neutered by 6 months of age.
The buyer must provide the breeder with Spay/neuter documentation from a registered veterinarian immediately after surgery is performed, and by the time the puppy is 6 months old. Any negligence relating to a “pet only” dog being bred, or any breeding related occurrences, include semen collection is a breach of this contract resulting in legal fees, and return of the dog to the breeder at the owners expense. A $5000.00 penalty will be agreed to and charged to any buyer attempting to breed, collect semen, or use any other reproductive means of this dog. Buyer understands and agrees this dog is sold on a spay/neuter contract only. If the buyer cannot prove the dog has been spayed/neutered within the 6-month timeline given, the buyer will be in breach of this contract and subject to all fees and legal actions, and immediate return of the dog to the breeder/seller.
This dog must not be registered with any other organization/registry other than the VBA (Victorian Bulldogge Association). Doing so is a breach of this contract and the buyer acknowledges the dog must be returned to the seller at the buyers expense with no monies returned to buyer.
Buyer agrees the kennel prefix “Timber Creek” will be listed in front of the dogs registered name, and that no other kennel prefix can be used in the dogs registered name.
Buyer agrees NO DOG will be used for fighting or illegal activities. Any such activities will be reported and result in legal action, and doing so is a breach of this contract and the buyer must return the dog to the breeder/seller immediately at buyers expense.
NO REFUNDS will be provided to any buyer on a breach of contract. Buyer will provide all legal expenses for seller/breeder in all cases of breach of contract.
All shipping or transportation costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Seller will help coordinate shipping/delivery options with the buyer at buyer’s expense. Buyer should be aware weather and airline regulations can affect delivery options. Seller will obtain a regulation shipping container and any veterinary certifications needed for shipping/delivery at buyer’s expense.
The buyer agrees that if for any reason they are unable to keep the puppy/dog it is to be returned to breeder/seller at buyer’s expense. Buyer agrees this puppy/dog will not be sold to an agent, pet store, or taken to any humane society or animal shelter. Doing so will result in any and all legal fees incurred by the breeder/seller to re-obtain possession of the dog.
Please circle and fill in the information below indicating your puppy choice and litter. Sign and return the agreement along with a letter from your veterinarian and your puppy deposit. (The veterinarian’s letter should be printed on letterhead paper from the clinic. The letter should state your history with the veterinarian and care of your past and current pets. If you are new to the vet and/or clinic please have the veterinarian provide us with contact information and the agreement they will treat your new dog/puppy for any and all routine and emergency care as necessary)
If Timber Creek Farms cannot reach the purchaser by the supplied contact information, the buyer will be removed from the reservation list and the deposit kept by the kennel. Buyer must notify Timber Creek Farms of any change in contact information and remain in contact with us on a regular basis to secure placement on our puppy/dog selection list.
